Protein crystallography and protein structure validation

| Lerninhalte: The lecture provides students with the main concepts of protein structure determination by X-ray crystallography (protein crystallization, crystal symmetry and diffraction, data collection, phasing methods and refinement). The final part of the course will deal with protein structure validation and to the analysis of interfaces in protein crystals.
