Computational Structural Biology

We are interested in understanding complex processes involving biologically relevant macromolecules, e.g., protein folding and aggregation, at the level of atomic detail.
Also, we develop methods for computer-aided structure-based drug design and apply them to important pharmaceutical targets to fight Alzheimer's Disease, cancer, and Dengue Fever.
