Please, read the following explanations carefully. By accessing the webiste of the Department of Biochemistry of the University of Zurich ('BCI' hereafter) and its contents you give your consent to the legal statements below.

The BCI runs a website under the domain www.bioc.uzh.ch, where visitors are offered information on the department. The BCI makes every endeavor to present the contents of the website in an adequate form for the targeted audience.

When a user accesses the website of the BCI only impersonal data are stored for subsequent statistical analysis.

Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction

The usage of the website of the BCI is amenable to Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction for all legal disputes with the BCI is Zurich, Switzerland (under exclusion of any deviating, mandatory places of jurisdiction as indicated by Swiss Federal Law).
